Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Windsor fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference until the return is finalized.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
